Dungeons and Taverns Mineshaft Overhaul Data Pack (26.1)

Dungeons and Taverns Mineshaft Overhaul replaces vanilla mineshafts with new jigsaw structures that add more rooms, tunnels, and details. It brings four new rare mineshaft types to jagged peaks, snowy peaks, stony peaks, and surface biomes. Each mineshaft type replaces different ores as you tunnel through stone and deepslate.
