Player Death Corpses Datapack leaves behind a corpse when you die instead of dropping your items everywhere. You can sneak near the corpse to get your items back, and it keeps your player skin and name so you know whose body it is.

• Restrict looting to only the owner.

• Keep corpses after being looted.
• Drop player heads from corpses.
• Show corpse names and descriptions.
• Make corpses float in water or lava.
• Allow corpses to burn in fire and lava.
