Rubber Factory Mod (1.21.1)

Rubber Factory Mod replaces dried kelp in Create recipes with rubber. It also brings two new machines to produce rubber.

• Removes dried kelp from Create recipes.
• Replaces kelp with rubber production.
• Adds the Sapper machine.
• The Sapper extracts resin from trees.
