Hello everyone. I share the schematic of the general mob farm that I usually use in my survival worlds, compatible from version 1.14 onwards.

I clarify that the farm is not mine, but I added a few practical things to make it more comfortable: a basic item sorter to organize resources, torches below to finish off mobs that survive the fall, and glass walls to prevent them from escaping the killing zone.

I recommend building it on an open ocean to make it easier to construct. Also, as an important recommendation, remember to set up the item sorter properly before activating the farm, as it has a trash burner and this will prevent the items you want to keep from burning.

I hope it serves you as much as it has served me.

Survival or creative?

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Glass.

Moving parts

It includes Comparator, Dispenser, Dropper, Hopper, Lever, Observer, Redstone Wire, Repeater, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
