This build showcases a functional piglin bartering station. It’s designed to efficiently facilitate the game’s mechanic of exchanging items with piglins to obtain various goods.

The station is inspired by the bartering system, much like the trading interactions players have with villagers. It provides a dedicated space for this unique gameplay feature.

Before You Build

This build uses 10,189 blocks across 47 block types – about 160 stacks in total, or 6 shulker boxes worth of material. It occupies 27×27 blocks of ground and stands 43 blocks tall.

What to bring first

Gold Block – 3,689 57 stacks + 41
Bedrock – 729 11 stacks + 25
Redstone Wire – 719 11 stacks + 15
Deepslate Brick Wall – 635 9 stacks + 59
Hopper – 609 9 stacks + 33

Survival or creative?

This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains Bedrock, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.

Moving parts

It includes Comparator, Detector Rail, Dropper, Hopper, Lever, Note Block, Observer, Piston, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
