This functional piano allows you to record and play back up to 240 notes across five different tones. Easily access the note blocks to change instruments by modifying the block beneath them. A built-in erase system lets you clear recordings to start fresh, and a dedicated button allows for individual note playback. The piano can play five notes simultaneously and features decorative, moving keys with visible MIDI-style notes.
Please be aware of a couple of minor issues. The erase function may occasionally require two passes to clear all notes, a bug that has only appeared in the latest version. Additionally, if the game closes while the piano is active, the pistons might stop working and will need to be reset.
For optimal performance, especially on lower-end devices, consider lowering your graphics settings and render distance. It’s also recommended to stay within 4 simulation distance chunks while the piano is in use. For an enhanced audio experience, the Piston Sound Controller texture pack is highly recommended.

What to bring first
Survival or creative?
This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains Structure Block, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Daylight Detector, Lever, Observer, Piston, Redstone Block, Redstone Torch, Redstone Wire, Sticky Piston, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
