This is my first post, so please excuse any imperfections in the photos, schematic, or overall presentation. This flying machine piston door mechanism was inspired by a Mumbo Jumbo video and features a 2×4 opening.

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Glass.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Honey Block, Observer, Piston, Redstone Wire, Repeater, Slime Block, Sticky Piston, Target, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
