This is a redstone contraption that allows you to set your own secret code. The mechanism includes tiled instructions on how to set up the three-digit code.
Once the correct code is entered, a button will appear, which you can press to open the door.

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Glowstone, Grass Block.

It includes Piston, Redstone Block, Redstone Lamp, Redstone Torch, Redstone Wire, Repeater, Sticky Piston, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
