This schematic contains three distinct structures: an elevator, two houses, and a central building.
The central building was designed by me, and I’ve included the original creators of the other parts as a tribute to their work. Their contributions were essential to this build.

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Bookshelf, Glass, Glass Pane, Grass Block, Sea Lantern.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Lever, Observer, Piston, Redstone Block, Redstone Lamp, Redstone Torch, Redstone Wire, Repeater, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
