This is an advanced shulker box storage system designed to automatically sort and store any item you designate. It efficiently manages shulker boxes, sending them to a dedicated storage chest once filled.
The system incorporates an overflow mechanism. If the storage chest or its associated hopper becomes full, the sorting process halts, and excess items are directed to an overflow chest. This overflow chest can be repurposed for additional storage or connected to an item destruction system, such as a lava pit.
A portion of the system utilizes command blocks for automated item sorting and shulker box replenishment. This feature allows for the sorting of non-stackable items and ensures a continuous supply of shulker boxes. However, modifying the command blocks requires creative mode.
The other half of the system is fully survival-friendly and does not rely on command blocks. Its only drawback is the manual refilling of shulker boxes.

Survival or creative?
This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains Command Block, Repeating Command Block, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.

It includes Comparator, Dispenser, Hopper, Observer, Piston, Redstone Torch, Redstone Wire, Repeater, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
