This is a grand hotel build, reminiscent of earlier projects. It features a variety of accommodations and amenities, including a restaurant, lobby, standard rooms, luxurious suites, and a special presidential suite.

The design showcases a comeback after a long hiatus from building, aiming to recapture the scale and detail of previous large-scale projects like hotels, malls, and mansions.
