This is version 4.0 of my Guardian farm design. Ensure correct hopper and dropper orientation when rotating the schematic. The item lift tube should be positioned centrally above the ocean monument.
Blue wool blocks are used to indicate the water level within the farm.

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Packed Ice, Sea Lantern.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Comparator, Dropper, Hopper, Redstone Block, Redstone Wire, Repeater, Sticky Piston, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
