This is the second iteration of the Hi-Business Corporation building, offering a significant expansion from its predecessor. It now stands at an impressive height of 756 feet (252 blocks), boasting 61 floors, including a penthouse, compared to the original’s 44 floors. The parking levels are not integrated into this count. Each floor within the main structure is 4 blocks tall, comprising a 3-block-high room and the ceiling for the next level, as illustrated in the preview images.

While maintaining the core design of the original, this version introduces several key enhancements. The increased floor count and overall height make it a more dominant structure. Detailed specifications regarding the floor dimensions and block height are provided for clarity.
