This redstone timer functions precisely as its name suggests. While it may not be the most visually appealing or space-efficient design, it provides a reliable one-second interval. It features two distinct operational modes: Position 1 offers a flashing output every second when enabled, and maintains constant power when disabled, which can be useful for certain redstone contraptions. Position 2 simply toggles on and off once every second.
