This design for a 100-furnace super smelter was originally created in creative mode and then reconstructed in a survival world. Full permission has been granted by the original creator, Ronon_Dex, to share this schematic.

The system utilizes three chest minecarts operating in a continuous loop, activated by levers. When facing the furnace array from the stairs, the left minecart on the left is designated for fuel, while the two minecarts on the right are for the items intended for smelting.

Please note that the rails may not paste correctly and might require manual adjustment in creative mode to prevent them from falling into hoppers.

Survival or creative?

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Sea Lantern.

Moving parts

It includes Hopper, Lever, Powered Rail, Rail, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
