Create InfiniDrill Mod (1.19.2, 1.18.2)

Create InfiniDrill Mod (1.19.2, 1.18.2) adds a lightweight mixin to emulate the behavior of the Create hose pulley using the Create drill.

Features:

Balancing configuration options are also available:

• Stress multiplier while infinidrilling (default 4x)
• Speed multiplier while infinidrilling (default 1/2 speed)
• Only allowing infinidrill on naturally-spawned ores (default on)
