This build recreates the Santa Fe Depot in Gainesville, Texas, constructed in 1902 by The Gulf Coast & Santa Fe Railroad. After nearly being destroyed by a flood, the train station was gifted to the community in 1981 and fully restored in 2001. The interior features a dining area, kitchen, underground storage, a passenger waiting room, and a fireplace. The second floor contains four rooms. The surrounding tracks were added after the schematic’s completion.

The builder hopes you enjoy this piece of local history.

Before You Build

What to bring first

Dirt – 9,454 147 stacks + 46
Stone – 2,777 43 stacks + 25
Nether Brick Slab – 1,115 17 stacks + 27
Cracked Stone Bricks – 989 15 stacks + 29

Survival or creative?

This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains End Portal Frame, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.

Moving parts

It includes Daylight Detector, Detector Rail, Dispenser, Dropper, Hopper, Lever, Piston, Redstone Torch, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
