This large structure is inspired by the Readers Digest Company’s head office, featuring a colonial American architectural style. Notable differences from the original include the addition of a bell tower, as the real-world building is surrounded by more modern architecture.
The interior is fully realized, offering a basement, laboratories, kitchens, libraries, and dormitories. Some of these spaces are furnished, while others remain empty, awaiting your customization.
With dimensions of 112×192 blocks and a height of 80 blocks, this build extends 18 blocks below ground. It is recommended to initially place it on a creative map with a 20-block deep superflat terrain for evaluation before integrating it into your main world. Be aware that the included ender chests may conflict with existing ones on your server; consider clearing or removing them before final placement.
