This automated farm boasts an impressive harvest rate of 5000 items per hour. It’s a personal design inspired by the work of ilmango and Ray, incorporating improvements for enhanced efficiency.

The build is compatible with Minecraft version 1.18.1. A minor note for builders: the sign should read “minecart” instead of “minecraft”.

Before You Build

This build uses 15,174 blocks across 19 block types – about 238 stacks in total, or 9 shulker boxes worth of material. It occupies 41×41 blocks of ground and stands 37 blocks tall.

What to bring first

Farmland – 6,880 107 stacks + 32
Glass – 3,600 56 stacks + 16
Carrots – 2,010 31 stacks + 26
Smooth Stone – 1,713 26 stacks + 49
Polished Diorite – 200 3 stacks + 8

Survival or creative?

This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains Farmland, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.

Moving parts

It includes Hopper, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
