This Minecraft build is a faithful recreation of the former Splendor (Philips) lamp factory, located at 198 St. Annastraat in Nijmegen, Netherlands. Originally designed by Architect H.A. Pothoven and constructed in 1927, this industrial building features a striking appearance reminiscent of a place of worship.
The original structure included a stained glass window above the entrance, though its presence during the factory’s operational period is uncertain. The main production halls at the rear are currently empty, designed to accommodate the sealex machines that were once housed there. An adjacent extension to the side also offers a blank canvas for customization.
The upstairs room on the left, when viewed from the front, contains several command blocks near the eaves. This area was originally intended as a teleportation lounge for a larger map. While most command blocks are unprogrammed, the few that are functional may require coordinate adjustments to prevent unintended teleportation to random locations.
