This is a recreation of the Bell Tower from Pokemon Gold and Silver, located in the Johto region. It is the place where the legendary Ho-Oh appears.
The original design was created by @Kurabi04 on YouTube. This version is a modification and adaptation of that original build.

How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Hopper, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
