This is the mob farm from my Forever World. The grinder itself is an ugly and difficult structure to decorate, so I attempted to make it resemble a rocket due to its elongated shape.
The rocket incorporates filter systems within its thrusters, with everything cleverly concealed within the launchpad area. This was my first significant decorative build, so please be forgiving!

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Glass.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Comparator, Dispenser, Dropper, Hopper, Lever, Observer, Redstone Wire, Repeater, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
