After a two-year hiatus, I am excited to present my latest build: a modern house situated directly on the beach.

What to bring first
Survival or creative?
This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains Barrier, Bedrock, Skeleton Skull, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Activator Rail, Comparator, Daylight Detector, Dispenser, Hopper, Lever, Observer, Powered Rail, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
