This is my initial submission for a modern house build. It features a well-appointed interior with distinct areas for living, dining, and sleeping.

The design includes a hallway leading to a comfortable bedroom, a spacious dining hall, and a functional garage interior. All elements are constructed using standard Vanilla Minecraft blocks.

Enjoy exploring this build! Attribution is appreciated if you decide to use it in your own projects.

Before You Build

This build uses 3,316 blocks across 32 block types – about 52 stacks in total, or 2 shulker boxes worth of material. It occupies 26×38 blocks of ground and stands 13 blocks tall.

What to bring first

Quartz Block – 1,715 26 stacks + 51
Grass Block – 439 6 stacks + 55
Glass Pane – 331 5 stacks + 11
Red Wool – 140 2 stacks + 12
Light Blue Stained Glass – 129 2 stacks + 1

Survival or creative?

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Bookshelf, Glass, Glass Pane, Glowstone, Grass Block.

Moving parts

It includes Lever, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
