This is a standard modular iron farm design. It can be constructed piece by piece or floor by floor, and it functions with or without the addition of zombies.

The farm operates during the day if no zombies are present, as villagers require sleep at night. Adding a zombie to each floor triples the farm’s productivity.

Without zombies, expect around 3500 iron ingots per hour when AFK. With 10 floors and the addition of zombies, you can achieve approximately 12,000 iron ingots per hour, not including other drops, based on gathering 32 stacks in just 10 minutes.
