This is an updated schematic for a redstone-powered elevator. The previous version had a minor error with a missing redstone line, which has now been corrected. This elevator is designed for vertical transportation within Minecraft builds.
Please note that while this is my updated version, the original system was not created by me.

This build uses 290 blocks across 13 block types – about 5 stacks in total, which fits inside a single shulker box. It occupies 10×10 blocks of ground and stands 15 blocks tall.

Survival or creative?
Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Observer, Redstone Block, Redstone Wire, Slime Block, Sticky Piston, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
