This Steampunk-themed storage system utilizes a clever item selection technique to securely store your materials. Be aware that retrieving your items requires a specific payment or action.
It’s perfectly suited for organizing books or functioning as a shop within a server environment.
To use, select the book page corresponding to the item you wish to obtain. Then, toss the item to be filtered onto the slab to the left of the lectern. Wait for the music to play, and your item will be dispensed.

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands. You will need Silk Touch for Blue Ice, Glass, Grass Block.

It includes Comparator, Dropper, Hopper, Note Block, Redstone Block, Redstone Torch, Redstone Wire, Repeater, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
