This is a Wither skeleton farm designed for high efficiency, producing approximately 4,500 Nether Stars per hour. It operates on a 16 game tick (gt) system. Important setup notes: Place shulkers containing Wither Skeleton skulls in the shulker chests located above the bedrock. Shulkers with Soul Sand should be placed in the AFK area chests.

What to bring first

Survival or creative?

This build is not survival-obtainable as-is. It contains Bedrock, which cannot be collected in survival – paste it in creative, or substitute those blocks.

Moving parts

It includes Dispenser, Dropper, Hopper, Lever, Observer, Piston, Redstone Block, Redstone Lamp, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
