Simply Platinum Mod 1.17.1, 1.16.5 (New Ore for Minecraft)

Simply Platinum Mod 1.17.1, 1.16.5 is a mod that will add to your Minecraft game a new type of mineral. This new mineral of mod is Platinum! Platinum can be called a bridge between Iron and Diamond. Therefore, Platinum is stronger than Iron but weaker than Diamond.

Platinum Ore will appear underground in the Overworld. You can easily find Platinum when you go to Mine because it’s not too rare and it’s not as deep as Diamond. When mining Platinum Ore, you will get Platinum Ore and you need to heat it up so it becomes Platinum Ingot.

Once you have Platinum Ingot, you can start making Platinum clothes and equipment (a recipe similar to normal). As mentioned above, the strength of Platinum lies between Iron and Diamond. An example would be a Platinum suit that will give you armor compared to Iron clothes but Platinum will have a bit more Armor Toughness. In addition, the Pickaxe made from Platinum does not dig a Diamond as fast but it can dig Obsidian!

How to Install Simply Platinum Mod 1.16.5, 1.15.2 for Minecraft

1. Download Forge Installer, Simply-Platinum-1.14.4.jar file
2. Right click Forge Installer, Run as Administrator and press OK to install Forge. (You can skip this step if you’ve installed Minecraft Forge)
3. Open Start on desktop > Open Run (Or you can use the Windows + R keyboard shortcut)
4. Type %appdata% into Run and press enter.
5. Go to folder /.minecraft/mods
6. Put jar file of the Mod into mods folder and then run Minecraft. Done!
