Have you ever wanted Minecraft to feel grander? Perhaps more challenging? Well, your dreams have finally been answered with Spry Conquest! Spry Conquest Addon (1.19) is a fantastical expansion that presents a large number of features including mobs, items, blocks, and more! A lot of thought and care has been put into creating this add-on, and the author is still planning on many more additions for the future! This add-on does not use player.json, which means that it is compatible with almost every other add-on!

Features:

Spry Conquest includes creatures such as Elves, Goblins, and even Dragons!

Neutral NPCs

Elf

  • Behavior – Neutral
  • Health – 30
  • Spawn Location(s) – Oak and Birch Forests
  • Description – These forest archers are armed with a bow and arrow, which they put to good use. They will attack anything that poses a threat to them. They can trade many items related to archery.

Elven Druid

  • Behavior – Neutral
  • Health – 30
  • Spawn Location(s) – Oak and Birch Forests
  • Description – These forest-dwellers discarded their traditional bows and instead wield a Druid Staff. If they feel threatened, they can summon multiple Stumplings to protect them. They can offer a variety of useful items, such as Herba Seeds, Herba Leaves, Herba Salves, Druid Staffs, and their own Druid Hood.

Dwarf

  • Behavior – Neutral
  • Health – 26
  • Spawn Location – Stony Peaks
  • Description – These natural-born miners live in the mountainous Stony Peaks biomes, searching for the many riches that lie there. Dwarves live inside small structures made out of stone bricks, andesite, and granite. It also includes a blast furnace and a stairwell that leads down into a dwarven mine.

Dragonkin

  • Behavior – Neutral
  • Health – 30
  • Spawn Location – Mangrove Swamps
  • Description – These reptilian creatures patrol the Mangrove Swamps, looking for anyone or anything that might pose a threat to them.

Dire Wolf

  • Behavior – Neutral
  • Health – 20
  • Spawn Location – Taiga
  • Description – Similar to their smaller cousins, Dire Wolves spend their time hunting as a pack. You can tame them with a bone, and they will protect you until the end. Depending on what temperature they spawn in, they will either have white fur or brown fur.

Goblins – After generations of isolation, three subspecies of goblin have been documented, the Groglin, the Troblin, and the Trogre.

Goblins

Groglin

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 20
  • Spawn Location(s) – Caves and Stony Peaks
  • Description – These weak thieves are the shortest of the goblins, preferring to hoard all of their collected gold. Groglins will occasionally spawn with bundles on their backs. When damaged, a small amount of gold nuggets can drop from them.

Troblin

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 40
  • Spawn Location(s) – Caves and Stony Peaks
  • Description – Often referred to as the “perfect goblins,” the Troblins are a mix between the Groglins and the Trogres. They are strong, as shown by their muscles, and they wield an iron axe.

Trogre

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 70
  • Spawn Location(s) – Caves and Stony Peaks
  • Description – For what this goblin lacks in brains, it definitely make up in brawn. Trogres prefer to use their brute strength to solve problems, which is why they are usually seen carrying a spiked club.

Troblin Shaman

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 75
  • Spawn Location(s) – Stony Peaks
  • Description – These Troblins have spent years studying the art of necromancy, and now they intend to use it against their enemies. During battle, they will summon 4 skeletal minions.

Woodfell

  • Spawn Location(s) – Forests
  • Description – These gentle giants protect their home forests against anyone who wishes to do harm. Glowing orbs are seen to surround them.

Oakenstag

  • Behavior – Passive
  • Health – 25
  • Spawn Location(s) – Oak and Birch Forests
  • Description – Legends say that these shy creatures roam the forests of the overworld, avoiding any outsiders they may encounter. If you’re lucky, you may be able to ride it.

Ashborne

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 25
  • Spawn Location(s) – Basalt-Deltas
  • Description – These fiery demons rise from the ashes, ready to attack any non-natives in their sight.

Frostfire

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 35
  • Spawn Location – Frozen Peaks
  • Description – These frost spirits endlessly trek through the Frozen Peaks, waiting for an adversary. In battle, they will launch the Glacis Shards floating behind their back.

Stormwraith

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 35
  • Spawn Location – Plains (Only during Thunderstorms)
  • Description – These lightning spirits are known to linger during thunderstorms, searching for any potential combatants.

Lost Soul

  • Spawn Location – Soulsand Valleys
  • Description – These wandering souls are doomed to roam through the Soulsand Valleys. When killed, these ghastly figures drop Necroplasm used for conjuration.

Skeleton

  • Behavior – Hostile

  • Spawn Location(s) – Overworld and Soulsand Valleys
  • Description – Skeletons are the remains of an ancient civilization from long ago. These mobs have been upgraded from their original Vanilla selves. They can now spawn as either a skeleton archer, sporting a bow, or a skeleton knight, wielding an iron sword.

Alpha Spider

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 30
  • Spawn Location – Overworld
  • Description – These beefy spiders are forever bound to their superiors.

Spider Monarch

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 120
  • Spawn Location – Overworld
  • Description – Spider Monarchs are monstrous arachnids who rule over their nests. In battle, they have a devastating bite, and she can spit sticky webs. If she is overwhelmed, she will summon multiple Spider hatchlings to aid her.

  • Description – The Fowlraptor appears to be a cross between a chicken and a reptile. You may often find them stalking the savanna, searching for potential prey.

  • Description – Karabs are large crustaceans that are usually seen scavenging for food on the ocean floor. Don’t get too close, as they might use their deadly claws to snap at you!

Wrought Sentry

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 300
  • Spawn Location – Overworld
  • Description – Neither man nor machine, these hulking beings clad in argent armor are a force to be reckoned with. They are found in dungeons, waiting for any potential challengers.

Wrought Paladin

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 45
  • Spawn Location – Overworld
  • Description – The Paladins are sworn protectors of the Wrought Sentry. They can wield either a sword or a spear.

Drakes – Flying reptilian creatures that are infused with certain elements.

Drakes

Fire Drake

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 270
  • Spawn Location(s) – Plains and Forests
  • Description – Fire drakes sleep on a pile of ash, surrounded by chests and piles of gold. They have three attacks, including: biting, fire breath, and swoop attacks.

Glacis Drake

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 270
  • Spawn Location(s) – Frozen Biomes
  • Description – Glacis drakes are a dangerous force of nature. Similar to their fire kin, they can bite and perform swoop attacks. However, they breathe powdered snow, freezing their victims in place.

Wretch

  • Behavior – Hostile
  • Health – 100
  • Spawn Location – Plains (Only during Thunderstorms)
  • Description – A terrifying subspecies of Drake, infused with lightning. They can launch lightning that does shocking amounts of damage, and they can also perform swoop attacks.

In order to tame Drakes, you must best them in combat. After being defeated, a Drake will fall to the ground and start a recovery process. During this time you must feed it its respective elemental shard. To finally ride it, you will need to craft a Reinforced Saddle and place it upon Drake’s back.

Reinforced Saddle – Used to mount Drakes

Ingredients:

Spry Conquest also includes special blocks and materials.

Argent

  • Uses – Creating Armor and Weapons
  • Description – When the ore is mined, it drops raw argent. When smelted, the raw argent forms into an argent ingot. From there, you can craft them into some fairly powerful equipment.

Drake bone

  • Uses – Creating Armor and Weapons
  • Description – Upon killing a Drake, it will drop Drake Bones and Drake Bone Shards. If you combine two Drake Bone Shards you can make a single Drake Bone. From there, you can use the Drake Bones to create powerful armor and a devastating greatsword.

Mithril

  • Uses – Creating Armor and Weapons
  • Description – When the ore is mined, it drops a few raw nuggets. When smelted, the raw nuggets turn into mithril nuggets. From there, you can craft them into ingots so you can create equipment more powerful than diamonds.

Spells – Spells come in the form of spells and staffs.

  • The basis for magic scrolls.

  • Shoots a burst of fireballs that burn the environment.

Frostbringer Scroll

  • Shoots a Glacis Snowball that creates powdered snow on impact.

Thunderstrike Scroll

  • Shoots bursts of lightning at the given target.

Soulburst Scroll

  • Summons a group of Imp Souls to aid you in battle.

Soaring Scroll

  • Grants the user with Jump Boost and Slow Falling for 25 seconds.

Fireball Staff

  • Used to cast fire upon any given target.

Frostbringer Staff

  • Used to cast Glacis Snowballs upon any given target.

  • 1 Glacis Shard

Thunderstrike Staff

  • Used to hurl lightning upon any given target.

Druid Staff

  • Used to hurl summon 3 Stumplings to aid you in combat. While the Druid Hood is equipped, you can summon 6.

Pyre Blade

  • A sword of pure flame. Use the alternate attack to perform a “fire slash.”

  • A sword of pure frost. Use the alternate attack to shoot a burst of Glacis Shards.

Galva Blade

  • A sword imbued with lightning.
  • Use the alternate attack to perform a “Galva slash,” which has a small chance to create a lightning strike on impact. During a thunderstorm, the chances of a lightning strike increase.

Conjuration – Magic comes in many forms, such as the art of summoning. In order to summon some creatures, you will need a Conjure Table.
