This design features a catapult mechanism capable of launching a villager to a player-designated location. It includes a wagon element for transport.

Every block in this build can be obtained in survival, so it can be built by hand without creative mode or commands.
How to Place It:
Moving parts
It includes Detector Rail, Dispenser, Hopper, Note Block, Observer, Powered Rail, Redstone Block, Redstone Wire, so check the mechanism still works after pasting – redstone state and item-container contents do not always survive a paste.
